14-Day Return Period
We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why we offer a 14-day return period for all our products. Within this timeframe, you can return your order for a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Return
In order to qualify for a return, please ensure that:
- The item is in its original condition, unworn and unwashed.
- All tags and labels are still attached to the item.
- You include a copy of the invoice with your return.
Return Process
If you wish to return your order, please follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Package the Item
Repackage the item securely, making sure to include the return form and the items you want to return
Return Shipping
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a traceable delivery method, such as courier or registered mail, to ensure the safe return of your package.
Refund or Exchange
Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 business days. If you choose a refund, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. If you opt for an exchange, we will send you the requested item as soon as possible.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to claim for the return or exchange if :
- The product is damaged, stained, defected or incomplete.

The product/s must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.

The product received does not match the size ordered.

Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our Customer Services department for a return and full refund to be made. Unfortunately, online purchases cannot currently be returned in-store.

This is only applicable for orders delivered within Pakistan, for international orders please contact our customer support team and we will try to help you out in a possible way.
